We are doing an emergency restore of the accounts from backups to a new server, the data centre have been unable (or unwilling) to fix the existing machine which has suffered a disk issue.
However as the restores are being done from backups and we do not backup emails if you use an email client configured as imap when the new server becomes active the emails will be lost, unless you save them to your local folders now, if they are configured as pop they will be fine.
